He does not have a true Vault Birth Certificate proving he is an American Citizen,and thus, he is ineligible to hold any elected office in the United States. He broke the Law in Illinois holding office, also in the U.S. Senate, and now President. The Justice and/or military must arrest him immediately and place him under arrest and bring charges against him for all three felonies. These are multiple crimes against the Citizens, the State of Illinois, and the Nation.
