This is the insanity that is taking place in government in Michigan, and which, is attached by the Law to Sister States. A woman who watches out for her neighbors children when getting on the school bus.... is told she is breaking the law as to operating a Day Care' operation in watching out for the children. This is one of the most idiotic 'laws' that has ever been place on the books, and only the stupidity of elected officials could come up with this one.
