Let's thank Michael for sending me this very simple and easy to read food chart as to what YAHWEH wants us to eat, and not to eat. This chart should be hanging in every doctors office and hospital. Also in every home of the White men, women, and children.

Dr. Wickstrom, I try to warn our people about the grave importance of obeying the food laws. Regardless of modern methods for keeping meat, pork is from an animal that YHVH designed as a vacuum to clean up the earth, just like vultures, crustaceans, and bottom feeding fish without scales. When people eat these animals they are eating the toxins along with the animal. Pigs have the longest withdrawal period from antibiotics and medicines before slaughter. That should be a good enough indication. I'm sure you know this already. I'm just ranting.
