This vile inhuman bastard ---a deputy of merely FOUR years making $49,095 a year does this act of aggressive brutality to this non-violent mother in front of her children. This is what gives all police a bad name. All police who do this to people who do not deserve it, need to be tasered in the face to teach them a damn good lesson of their brutility and then be fired from their jobs.
